Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con el campo del tratamiento de enfermedades. De manera específica, la presente invención se relaciona con un anticuerpo anti-ROR1 o un fragmento de unión a antígeno del mismo, moléculas de ácido nucleico para codificar los mismos y métodos para preparar los mismos. El anticuerpo anti-ROR1 o el fragmento de unión a antígeno del mismo de la presente invención tiene alta especificidad y alta afinidad por ROR1, y puede unirse de manera efectiva a ROR1 y mediar en la muerte de células con expresión de ROR1. Por lo tanto, la presente invención se refiere además a una composición farmacéutica que comprende el anticuerpo o el fragmento de unión a antígeno del mismo, y a un uso del mismo en la preparación de un fármaco que se utiliza para la prevención y/o el tratamiento de tumores.
