Abstract
Un sistema incluye circuitos de control para identificar, durante el funcionamiento en un primer modo operativo en el que la potencia eléctrica está limitada por dispositivos de protección, un indicador para entrar en un segundo modo operativo. El indicador corresponde al consumo de energía del sistema eléctrico que supera una capacidad de potencia del sistema eléctrico, acercándose, alcanzando o superando un límite. En respuesta al indicador, el sistema opera en el segundo modo de funcionamiento recuperando información de referencia que comprende preferencias y límites de carga, y gestionando una o más cargas, fuentes o ambas para modificar el consumo de energía, la capacidad de energía o ambas en función del indicador y basándose en la información de referencia. El sistema se comunica con las cargas o las fuentes y gestiona el circuito derivado mediante elementos controlables para evitar que el consumo supere la capacidad de potencia. El sistema modifica los valores de consigna, enciende o apaga los dispositivos, programa el funcionamiento de los dispositivos o gestiona de otro modo el sistema eléctrico en función de preferencias predeterminadas.
