Abstract
En la presente se divulga una red de comunicaciones terrestres a áreas que puede configurarse para incluir un sistema de gestión de espectro que asigna de manera determinista a una aeronave para su uso durante un vuelo. En uno o más ejemplos, un usuario transmite un plan de vuelo a un sistema de gestión de espectro que se configura para manejar el espectro de RF en un espacio aéreo dado. En uno o más ejemplo, y con base en el plan de vuelo recibido, el sistema de gestión de espectro puede asignar una "intervalo" de frecuencia del espectro de RF (esto es, intervalo de tiempo, subcanales o bloque de recursos) para la aeronave la utilice durante el vuelo pretendido. El sistema de gestión de espectro puede tener en cuenta el espectro disponible, así como el tráfico de red predicho y las asignaciones del espectro para determinar el intervalo del espectro de RF que puede proporcionar un canal de comunicaciones estables y continuas a la aeronave.
