Abstract

Un cierre para un recipiente que comprende un cuello (1) que termina con una abertura (11), dicho cierre comprende: un cuerpo de cierre que comprende una tapa (2) y una sobretapa (3) y un faldón (4) de un material termorretráctil; en el que la tapa (2) comprende un miembro (21) de cierre adaptado para ser acoplado al cuello (1) del recipiente para cerrar de manera desmontable la abertura (11) del cuello (1), la sobretapa (3) comprende un asiento (31), el miembro (21) de cierre de la tapa (2) está dispuesto, al menos parcialmente, en el asiento (31) para quedar constreñido dentro del asiento (31), el faldón (4) comprende una primera porción (41) configurada para rodear y quedar fijada de manera estable a una superficie (13) exterior del cuello (1) del recipiente; una segunda porción (42) unida al cuerpo de cierre y una porción (43) intermedia interpuesta entre la primera (41) y la segunda (42) porción, comprendiendo la porción (43) intermedia una porción (44) frágil configurada para romperse en la primera apertura del recipiente.
