Abstract

La invención se refiere a una hoja de acero recubierta y a una parte de acero conformado en caliente cuya composición comprende, en porcentaje en peso: 0.26 % a 0.40 % de C, 0.5 % a 1.8 % de Mn, 0.1 % a 1.25 % de Si, 0.01 % a 0.1 % de Al, 0.1 % a 1.0 % de Cr, 0.01 % a 0.1 % de Ti, 0.001 % a 0.004 % de B, P = 0.020 %, S = 0.010 %, N = 0.010 % el resto de la composición que es hierro e impurezas inevitables resultantes de la fundición. La parte de acero conformado en caliente comprende una masa que tiene una microestructura que comprende, en fracción superficial, más del 95 % de martensita y menos del 5 % de bainita, una capa de recubrimiento en la superficie de la parte de acero, una capa de interdifusión ferrítica entre la capa de recubrimiento y la masa, y una relación entre la anchura de grano ferrítico en la capa de interdifusión GWint sobre el tamaño de grano de austenita anterior en el grueso PAGSmasa, que satisface la siguiente ecuación (GWint /PAGSmasa)-1 = 30 %.
