Abstract
Un sistema de reactor de lecho fijo para la deshidrogenación oxidativa de etano, que comprende un lecho de catalizador en donde el perfil de capacidad del catalizador aumenta a lo largo del lecho de catalizador desde el extremo corriente arriba hasta el extremo corriente abajo. El lecho de catalizador puede incluir una o más secciones, a lo largo de uno o más reactores de lecho fijo, que se identifican por un cambio en la capacidad del catalizador. La capacidad del catalizador, o la capacidad de convertir el etano en etileno, puede modificarse cambiando la relación de dilución, la fracción de vacíos o la temperatura de conversión del 35 %. También se describe un método para cargar un reactor de lecho fijo con una capacidad creciente de catalizador.
