Abstract

Sistema y proceso que circula continuamente adhesivo fundido en caliente a una velocidad de presión circulante para aplicar adhesivo fundido en caliente a un sustrato móvil en un transportador de suministro de sustrato. El sistema incluye una línea de suministro de adhesivo conectada a un colector alargado, el colector incluye: (i) una vía principal de fluido interno en la comunicación de fluidos con la línea de suministro de adhesivo y una línea de retorno de adhesivo, y (ii) un calentador alargado que proporciona una temperatura interna sustancialmente constante al colector alargado. Una bomba adhesiva que transporta el adhesivo fundido en caliente desde el deposito de adhesivo hasta la línea de suministro de adhesivo bajo presión, el deposito de adhesivo incluye un filtro que filtra el adhesivo fundido en caliente.
