Abstract

Un sistema de alimentación de transformación de plásticos sirve para transportar una materia prima a través de diferentes unidades o estaciones de procesamiento hasta un recipiente en donde se producen reacciones químicas y/o físicas para obtener productos finales adecuados y útiles. Varias unidades de procesamiento incluyen un homogeneizador para romper dicha materia prima, un dispositivo de reducción de tamaño para reducir la materia prima a partículas y densificar la misma, un dispositivo de calentamiento y/o mezcla para calentar dicha materia prima, y un conducto de alimentación que conecta dicho dispositivo de calentamiento y mezcla a dicho recipiente. El recipiente de la unidad de transformación de la materia prima produce, mediante diversas operaciones de craqueo, reformación, condensación, recombinación y recraqueo, una mezcla de gases útiles y gases condensables.
