Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un conjunto de anticuerpos que se unen a antígenos en células diana y que dirigen radionúclidos a dichas células, y a métodos para usarlos. Cada anticuerpo comprende un Fab que se une al antígeno diana fusionado en el extremo C del VH al extremo N del Fc y un VH o VL que se une a un compuesto radiomarcado. VH o VL se fusionan en el extremo C al extremo N del Fc. VH y VL forman un sitio de unión al antígeno cuando el anticuerpo se une mediante el scFv al antígeno diana.
