Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un agente de activación acuoso alcalino para procesos de fosfatado al manganeso, que comprende a) partículas de fosfato de manganeso a nanoescala en forma dispersa, y b) al menos un agente de dispersión seleccionado del grupo que consiste en homopolímeros y copolímeros que contienen al menos unidad monomérica con al menos un grupo sal de ácido carboxílico. Además, la presente invención se refiere a un método para producir dicho agente de activación, un proceso mejorado de fosfatado al manganeso que utiliza el agente de activación y un sustrato metálico fosfatado en consecuencia, especialmente un sustrato de acero.
