Abstract

Un método para entrenar un motor modelo de microbiota para identificar biomarcadores para predecir la inocuidad de los alimentos o el crecimiento animal incluye obtener datos que sean indicativos de un ensayo de biomarcadores candidatos obtenidos los tractos gastrointestinales de un conjunto de animales, donde el ensayo se lleva a cabo en intervalos especificados en el ciclo vital de los animales y los animales manifiestan características especificadas en los intervalos especificados.
