Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un proceso para producir una película oral delgada que comprende micropartículas, que comprende las etapas de: a) producir una solución que comprende un polímero hidrófobo, un ingrediente hidrófobo farmacéuticamente activo y un solvente hidrófobo; b1) proporcionar un polímero hidrófilo y proporcionar un solvente hidrófilo insoluble con el solvente de a) o b2) proporcionar una solución que comprende un polímero hidrófilo y un solvente hidrófilo insoluble con el solvente de a), c1) mezclar la solución de a) con el polímero hidrófilo de b1) seguido por la adición del solvente hidrófilo de b1) insoluble con el solvente de a) para obtener una emulsión, o c2) mezclar la solución de a) y la solución de b2) para obtener una emulsión, y d) esparcir y secar la emulsión de c1) o c2) para obtener una película oral delgada que comprende micropartículas.
