Abstract

Se proporciona un método para producir un elemento soldado por resistencia que hace posible controlar la grieta interna de una lenteja y la grieta interna de la unión de la corona durante la soldadura por puntos de un conjunto de tres o más láminas, incluida una lámina de acero chapado. El método comprende: una etapa de activación principal consistente en realizar la activación con un primer valor de corriente (I1) mientras se comprimen las láminas de acero con una primera fuerza de compresión (P1) para conformar una lenteja; una etapa de activación posterior, después de la etapa de activación principal, consistente en que el valor de corriente disminuya gradualmente desde el primer valor de corriente (I1) mientras se realiza la compresión con una segunda fuerza de compresión (P2) mayor que la primera fuerza de compresión (P1); y una etapa de mantenimiento de electrodos para mantener los electrodos mientras se conserva la segunda fuerza de compresión (P2) después de la activación posterior. La segunda fuerza de compresión (P2) y el grosor total de la lámina (t), el tiempo de retardo de subida de la compresión (Tdl), el tiempo de pendiente de bajada (Tds) y el tiempo de mantenimiento de electrodos (Tht) cumplen con las respectivas condiciones predeterminadas.
