Abstract
Un objetivo es proporcionar una chapa de acero la cual tiene alta resistencia, buena ductilidad, y buena capacidad de rebordeo por estiramiento y en la cual se suprime el deterioro de la ductilidad bajo una alta tasa de deformación, un miembro obtenido de la chapa de acero, y los métodos de fabricación son los mismos. Una chapa de acero de acuerdo con la presente invención tiene una composición química específica y una microestructura de acero que incluye, en términos de la fracción de área, ferrita: 40% o más y 70% o menos, un total de bainita y martensita templada: 5% o más y 30% o menos, austenita retenida: 4% o más y 18% o menos, martensita fresca: 8% o más y 35% o menos, y el resto: 5% o menos. Las partículas de cementita están presentes en la austenita retenida, una relación de una fracción de área de las partículas de cementita en la austenita retenida a una fracción de área de la austenita retenida es 5% o más y 25% o menos, y la chapa de acero tiene una tensión de rotura de 780 MPa o mayor y menor de 980 MPa.
