Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una máquina de prueba de uniformidad de neumáticos que incluye una base, un par de columnas verticales separadas que soportan un miembro de bastidor transversal superior. La base lleva un carro de la rueda de carga movible hacia y desde de una estación de prueba. Los montajes verticales establecen un plano de huella periférico que no se extiende más allá de un plano que es tangente a una superficie de rodadura externa de la rueda de carga cuando se redirige. El miembro de bastidor superior incluye espacios de separación y recortes que permiten que al menos una parte de un mandril superior se mueva dentro del miembro de bastidor superior y una superestructura montada en una parte superior del miembro transversal que monta al menos una parte de un accionador para trasladar el mandril superior. La configuración establece una altura de máquina que permite que la máquina se cargue en un contenedor de envío o transporte estándar y reduce la huella promedio de la máquina de prueba de uniformidad de neumáticos sin comprometer su capacidad de detectar con precisión los parámetros de uniformidad del neumático.
