Abstract

Un dispositivo de generación de trabajo para el manejo de carga 1 de conformidad con una modalidad de la presente invención incluye una unidad de determinación de trabajo de organización del producto 13 que determina el contenido del trabajo de manejo de carga de organización del producto que será ejecutado, utilizando información almacenada en una BD de información de inventario 12a, una DB de información del producto de envío 12b, y una BD de información maestra 12c. La unidad de determinación del trabajo de organización del producto 13 incluye una unidad de verificación de espacio de almacenamiento 13a que extrae restricciones que deben ser satisfechas por un producto en cada espacio de almacenamiento vacío en un espacio de almacenamiento de producto, una unidad de verificación de producto 13b que calcula un margen para las restricciones del producto en cada espacio de almacenamiento vacío y una unidad de generación de trabajo 13c que genera trabajo de movimiento para mover un producto a cada espacio de almacenamiento vacío, sobre la base de las restricciones y el margen.
