Abstract
Se proporciona un método de una transmisión de datos pequeños para un equipo de usuario (UE). El método incluye recibir, de una estación base (BS), un mensaje de liberación de control de recurso de radio (RRC), el mensaje de liberación de RRC que incluye una configuración de concesiones configuradas, un primer temporizador asociados a la configuración de concesiones configuradas, la configuración de concesiones configuradas que indica un recurso de enlace ascendente (UL), pasar a un estado RRC_INACTIVE en respuesta a la recepción del mensaje de liberación de RRC; inicializar el primer temporizador en respuesta a la recepción del mensaje de liberación de RRC; determinar si el recurso UL es válido, siendo el recurso UL inválido al menos cuando el primer temporizador expira; y transmitir datos de UL en el recurso UL después de que el UE determine que el recurso UL es válido.
