Abstract

En la presente descripción se describen métodos y aparato de calibración de sensor de aliento donde un dispositivo sensor de aliento puede comprender generalmente una unidad de muestreo que tiene un alojamiento configurado para recibir una muestra de aliento de un usuario y un sensor ubicado dentro del alojamiento. Un procesador en comunicación eléctrica con el sensor puede configurarse para determinar un tiempo de disipación cuando el sensor se expone a un nivel de concentración casi constante de CO detectado de la muestra de aliento hasta un nivel ambiental de CO detectado. Además, el procesador también puede configurarse para aplicar la constante de tiempo a una respuesta transitoria del sensor para equilibrar la desviación al calibrar el sensor.
