Abstract

Se describe un módulo impulsor híbrido; una modalidad ilustrativa de la presente invención proporciona un módulo impulsor híbrido que transmite selectivamente par de torsión transmitido de un motor y un impulsor a una transmisión que incluye un alojamiento dispuesto entre el motor y la transmisión, un árbol impulsor montado giratoriamente dentro del alojamiento en una dirección radial con su porción de extremo hacia el motor con base en una dirección axial que sobresale del alojamiento y a la cual se ingresa el par de torsión del motor, un cubo de rotor proporcionado dentro del alojamiento y montado con un rotor del impulsor en su lado radialmente exterior, y en donde una parte de placa de cubo que se extiende integralmente hacia el árbol impulsor y conectada giratoriamente a la otra porción de extremo del árbol impulsor hacia la transmisión con base en la dirección axial se forma en su lado radialmente interior, un borde de cubo de rotor, una superficie circunferencial interior que está soportada giratoriamente por el alojamiento con base en la dirección radial y en una superficie circunferencial externa que está fijada al cubo de rotor con base en la dirección axial en el lado del motor, una embrague de motor dispuesto en el lado de motor en la dirección axial con la parte placa de cubo interpuesta entre ellos, y configurada para conectar directamente el árbol impulsor y el cubo de rotor para transmitir selectivamente el par de torsión del motor al cubo de rotor, y un convertidor del par de torsión dispuesto en el lado de la transmisión en la dirección axial con la parte de placa de cubo interpuesta entre ellos para conectarse al cubo de rotor, y configurada para multiplicar el par de torsión del motor, par de torsión impulsor, o el par de torsión del motor y el impulsor cuando un vehículo es impulsado inicialmente, o para transmitir la transmisión en una relación de 1:1, en donde al menos una ranura de fluido para suministrar un fluido operativo al rotor para enfriar el rotor entre el cubo de rotor y el embrague de motor se forma en una superficie de la parte de placa de cubo hacia el embrague de motor con base en la dirección axial.
