Abstract
La invención se relaciona con un método para seleccionar la unidad de tratamiento de humo (3) de un sistema (1) de un aparato tostador (2) y una unidad de tratamiento de humo asociada cuando dicho sistema se usa en una habitación (10), dicho método comprende: - recibir entrada de datos de la habitación, - recibir entrada de datos de uso del tostado para determinar la cantidad de cada contaminante producido por el aparato tostador durante un período, - para cada sistema del aparato tostador y de una unidades de tratamiento de humo, calcular la concentración de cada contaminante presente en la habitación durante dicho período, - para cada sistema y para cada contaminante, comparar la concentración calculada de dicho contaminante presente en la habitación durante el período con la concentración de dicho contaminante autorizada de acuerdo con las regulaciones locales de salud y seguridad, - seleccionar la unidad de tratamiento de humo del sistema en la lista de unidades de tratamiento de humo proporcionando para cada contaminante una concentración calculada inferior a la concentración autorizada.
