Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir una película antidesgaste estructurada (10), que comprende los pasos de: a. proporcionar una película antidesgaste base (12); b. aplicar una capa superior conformable que contiene laca (20) sobre al menos un área parcial de la película antidesgaste base (12); c. estructurar al menos parcialmente, la capa superior que contiene laca (20) mediante el uso de un proceso de impresión digital para producir una estructuración (26) de la capa superior que contiene laca (20); y d. curar la capa superior que contiene laca (20) de tal manera que, la capa superior que contiene laca (20) primero se cura parcialmente, en el que se usa radiación UV que tiene una longitud de onda en un rango de = 150 nm a = 250 nm para el curado parcial, y en el que la capa superior que contiene laca (20) se cura subsecuente y finalmente, y en donde, e. la capa superior que contiene laca (20) se trata antes de ser alimentada a la unidad de impresión (25) para la estructuración parcial de la capa superior que contiene laca (20) y/o durante el proceso de impresión para la estructuración parcial de la capa superior que contiene laca (20) en la unidad de impresión (25) mediante medios para cambiar la carga electrostática de la capa superior (20) descargando electrostáticamente la capa superior (20).
