Abstract
La invención se refiere a un método para producir paneles de yeso, en donde un agente de licue-facción para la lechada de yeso se espuma con un gas para proporcionar una espuma que tiene un con-tenido de agua menor que el 85 % en peso, después se incorpora a una mezcla de yeso/agua y la mez-cla así obtenida se aplica sobre un sustrato bidimensional. La incorporación del agente de licuefacción en forma espumada permite una reducción significativa de la cantidad de agente de licuefacción requeri-da para proporcionar una fluidez deseada de la mezcla de yeso/agua, lo que permite la producción de paneles de yeso con características similares con menos agente de licuefacción. La invención se refiere además a un panel de yeso preparado mediante este proceso, aparatos para producir paneles de yeso mediante este proceso y el uso de una espuma de licuefacción correspondiente para minimizar la canti-dad de agente de licuefacción requerida para establecer una fluidez deseada de una mezcla de ye-so/agua.
