Abstract
Se describe un mecanismo de codificación de video. El mecanismo incluye recibir un flujo de bits que comprende un conjunto de parámetros de imagen (PPS) en una unidad de capa de abstracción de red (NAL) PPS y una imagen codificada que comprende un conjunto de unidades NAL de capa de codificación de video (VCL). Una unidad NAL VCL en particular no se refiere a la unidad NAL PPS a menos que el valor de un identificador de capa de encabezado de unidad (nuh_layer_id) NAL de la unidad NAL PPS sea menor o igual que el valor de un nuh_layer_id de la unidad NAL VCL en particular.
