Abstract
Un codificador de video se configura para usar flujo óptico bidireccional (BDOF) para determinar, con base en una primera imagen de referencia y una segunda imagen de referencia, un bloque de predicción para un bloque actual de una imagen actual de los datos de video. La primera imagen de referencia está a una primera distancia de recuento de orden de imágenes (POC) de la imagen actual. La segunda imagen de referencia está a una segunda distancia POC de la imagen actual.
