Abstract
Montaje de obturación (10) para obturar un dispositivo rotatorio (1), que comprende un componente de obturación dinámico (20) que se puede acoplar por fricción con el rotor del dispositivo (2) y un componente de obturación estático (30) que se puede acoplar por fricción con el estator del dispositivo (3). Los dos componentes de obturación (20, 30) se forman entre sí con una obturación por contacto basada en un labio de obturación (26) y una obturación sin contacto basada en un intersticio laberíntico (40). El intersticio laberíntico (40) se encuentra corriente arriba del labio de obturación (26) en la ruta de la materia extraña que penetra en el montaje de obturación (10). Se forma una protuberancia de empuje (27) en el intersticio laberíntico (40) para definir la anchura del intersticio (h) por su propia altura durante el proceso de montaje. El dispositivo rotatorio puede ser una unidad de cubo de un vehículo, o cualquier máquina rotatoria con un rotor y un estator como componentes del núcleo. El equipo rotatorio que adopta el montaje de obturación mencionado en lo precedente puede obtener un rendimiento de obturación significativamente mejorado y, por lo tanto, está totalmente adaptado a condiciones de trabajo severamente contaminadas o extremadamente húmedas.
