Abstract
Se proporciona un método para formar ranuras lineales en el que se forman ranuras lineales sobre la superficie de una lámina de acero mediante el grabado que permite formar ranuras lineales que tienen una forma uniforme y suprimir un deterioro de las propiedades magnéticas de una lámina de acero eléctrico de grano orientado debido a la irradiación con láser para eliminar una capa protectora recubierta. El método para formar ranuras lineales incluye un proceso para formar la capa protectora de formación de la capa protectora recubierta sobre una superficie de una lámina de acero, un proceso de irradiación con láser de irradiar rayos láser sobre la lámina de acero mientras se repite un escaneo del láser en una dirección que cruza una dirección de laminado de la lámina de acero cíclicamente en la dirección de laminado de la lámina de acero para eliminar la capa protectora recubierta en las porciones irradiadas con los rayos láser, y un proceso de grabado que consiste en formar ranuras lineales al grabar porciones de la lámina de acero de las que se elimina la capa protectora recubierta. En el proceso de irradiación con láser, la capa protectora recubierta se elimina al usar dos o más dispositivos de irradiación con láser, una energía de irradiación, un diámetro de haz en una dirección perpendicular a la dirección de escaneo del láser y un ángulo de incidencia con respecto a la superficie de la lámina de acero de los rayos láser irradiados desde los respectivos dispositivos de irradiación con láser son inferiores a 30 J/m, 10 µm o más y 100 µm o menos y 20° o menos, respectivamente.
