Abstract

Se describe un termostato que comprende un diafragma (6) dispuesto sobre un cuerpo de núcleo (2), el cual se inserta en una base (3), estando cerrado dicho conjunto en la parte superior por una tapa (4) y en la parte inferior por una tapa (5). El termostato (1) comprende además dicho cuerpo de núcleo (2) que tiene forma cilíndrica y está provisto de dos resaltes (21) radialmente opuestos y un orificio guía (22), dispuesto centralmente para recibir un pasador (7), de manera deslizante. Dicha base (3), en cuerpo monolítico, que comprende: dos paredes (32) en forma de arco cilíndrico, provistas superiormente de collares (33) y que definen, en conjunto, un elemento en forma de cuna para dicho cuerpo de núcleo (2) y laterales (31) y caras (34) adyacentes a dichas laterales (31), y de dichas caras (34) sobresalen terminales de conexión eléctrica (35, 36), estando acoplado el terminal corto (35) a una lámina metálica (37) en contacto con el terminal largo (36), siendo dicha lámina metálica (37) accionada por el pasador (7) que, a su vez, es accionado por el diafragma (6). Los terminales de conexión eléctrica (35, 36) y la lámina metálica (37) están co-inyectados con la base (3). Alternativamente, el termostato también incluye un "heater bias", formada por un par de resistores (8) en paralelo.
