Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una disposición para colado a baja presión de metales refractarios, con una cámara de horno con una pluralidad de aperturas de suministro de gas (6) y aperturas de salida de gas (7), y un tubo de subida (8) a través de una tapa (5) de la cámara de horno, un recipiente de fundido (3, 12) para los metales refractarios dispuesto en la cámara de horno y un dispositivo de calentamiento para calentar los metales refractarios en el recipiente de fundido (3, 12); en la disposición propuesta, el recipiente de fundido (3, 12) se forma como un injerto intercambiable para un molde de recepción (2), que soporta el recipiente de fundido (3, 12), que se dispone en la cámara de horno, en donde una capa aislante térmica (4, 17) se forma entre el molde de recepción (2) y el recipiente de fundido (3, 12) o está integrada en el recipiente de fundido (3, 12); con la disposición propuesta, también puede llevarse a cabo un intercambio rápido y fácil del recipiente de fundido para distintas aleaciones en el colado a baja presión de metales refractarios.
