Abstract
Se describe un sistema de suministro de vapor que comprende un vaporizador para generar vapor a partir de un material precursor de vapor y un depósito para almacenar material precursor de vapor. El sistema de suministro de vapor comprende además circuitería de control configurada para suministrar un primer nivel de potencia distinto de cero al vaporizador para generar vapor a partir de al menos una porción del material precursor de vapor, determinar una condición de agotamiento del material precursor de vapor con base en la monitorización de un parámetro (tal como resistencia) indicativo de una cantidad de al menos una porción del material precursor de vapor y comparar el parámetro monitorizado con un primer umbral; cuando la circuitería de control determina que hay agotamiento con base en la comparación entre el parámetro monitorizado y el primer umbral, suministrar un segundo nivel de potencia distinto de cero al vaporizador, el segundo nivel de potencia siendo menor que el primer nivel de potencia.
