Abstract
Una parte de absorción de energía de resistencia a choques 1 para automóvil de conformidad con la presente invención absorbe energía de colisión al experimentar deformación por aplastamiento de eje cuando se introduce una carga de resistencia a choques desde la parte delantera o la parte trasera de la carrocería de automóvil, e incluye: un miembro tubular 3 con una porción superior 5a y un par de porciones de pared lateral 5b; una parte de pared formadora de espacio de sección transversal cerrada 9 provista para extenderse sobre la porción superior 5a dentro del miembro tubular 3, que tiene ambas porciones de borde unidas a superficies interiores del par de porciones de pared lateral 5b, y que forma un espacio de sección transversal cerrada entre sí misma y una porción de pared periférica del miembro tubular 3; y una resina 11 que rellena el espacio de sección transversal cerrada y que incluye una resina epoxi modificada con caucho y un agente de curado. La resina 11 tiene una elongación a rotura por tracción de 80% o más, una resistencia adhesiva al miembro tubular 3 y a la parte de pared formadora de espacio de sección transversal cerrada 9 de 12 MPa o superior, y una tensión nominal por compresión de 6 MPa o superior a una deformación nominal por compresión de 10%.
