Abstract

Una composición de puzolana activada incluye una mezcla particulada intermolida fina de una puzolana natural inicialmente inactivada y un material cementoso suplementario (SCM) diferente que la puzolana natural inicialmente inactivada. La puzolana natural inicialmente inactivada puede incluir ceniza volcánica u otro depósito puzolánico natural que tiene un contenido de humedad de por lo menos 3%, y la composición de puzolana activada puede tener un contenido de humedad menor que 0.5%.
