Abstract
Un objetivo es proporcionar una chapa de acero tratada en la superficie que tiene excelente resistencia a la corrosión de la parte trabajada, particularmente excelente resistencia a la corrosión de la parte extrema. Una chapa de acero tratada en la superficie incluye un recubrimiento de conversión química con un espesor de 3.0 µm o menos, siendo el recubrimiento de conversión química colocado sobre una superficie de una chapa de acero recubierta con aleación de Zn-Al por inmersión en caliente que incluye una película de recubrimiento de aleación de Zn-Al por inmersión en caliente que contiene Al: más de 1.0% en masa y 15% en masa o menos, siendo el resto Zn e impurezas inevitables. El recubrimiento de conversión química contiene AlH2P3O10·2H2O y un compuesto que contiene uno o más elementos seleccionados de Mg, Ca y Sr de modo que la suma del contenido de AlH2P3O10·2H2O y el compuesto es de 3.0% en masa a 50% en masa.
