Abstract
En la presente se describen diversas formas de realización que se refieren a dispositivos, sistemas y kits de rotor; las formas de realización de los rotores que se divulgan en la presente pueden usarse para caracterizar uno o más analitos de un fluido; un aparato puede incluir una primera capa que es sustancialmente transparente; una segunda capa puede estar acoplada a la primera capa para definir colectivamente un conjunto de alojamientos; la segunda capa puede definir un canal, y la segunda capa puede absorber sustancialmente radiación infrarroja; una tercera capa puede estar acoplada a la segunda capa; la tercera capa puede definir una abertura configurada para recibir un fluido; la tercera capa puede ser sustancialmente transparente; el canal puede establecer una trayectoria de comunicación de fluido entre la abertura y el conjunto de alojamientos.
