Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona a un cristal que tiene al menos un elemento de conexión eléctrica (2) y cable de conexión (3) que comprende al menos: un sustrato (4), una estructura eléctricamente conductora (5) sobre una región del sustrato (4), donde el cable de conexión (3) tiene, en su cara inferior frente al sustrato (4), una región de contacto (7), en la cual una pista conductora (3.1) del cable de conexión (3) se conecta a la región de la estructura eléctricamente conductora (5), el elemento de conexión (2) es rígido y tiene una primera región plana (2.1) para el contacto del cable de conexión (3), el elemento de conexión (2) con la pista conductora (3.1) del cable de conexión (3) sobre una cara superior del cable de conexión (3) orientada contraria al sustrato (4) se conecta de manera eléctricamente conductora al cable de conexión (3) vía una región soldada, la región de contacto (7) del cable de conexión (3) y la primera región plana (2.1) del elemento de conexión (2) se arreglan una encima de la otra de modo que la región plana (2.1) del elemento conexión se proporcione para transferir calor al compuesto de soldadura.
