Abstract
La invención descrita se relaciona generalmente al campo de la síntesis de péptido. Se describe un método novedoso de síntesis de péptido en fase de solución que utiliza grupos protectores de purificación asistida por grupo novedosos para facilitar la química escalable, eficiente para fabricar péptidos sintéticamente. La invención descrita se dirige a las fallas en la técnica al reducir notablemente el desecho, incrementar la escalabilidad y proporcionar altas purezas del material crudo para evitar en gran medida la purificación de post-síntesis.
