Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un dispositivo fotovoltaico (1) para energizar un dispositivo externo, y un método para la producción del dispositivo; el dispositivo comprende una unidad de celda solar (2) que comprende una capa porosa de absorción de luz (3) en un lado superior (2a), de una primera capa conductiva porosa (4), un sustrato poroso (5) de un material aislante; la unidad de celda solar comprende un medio conductivo; el dispositivo fotovoltaico comprende un primer conductor (7) en contacto eléctrico con la primera capa conductiva (4), un segundo conductor (8) en contacto eléctrico con la segunda capa conductiva (6), y una encapsulación (9) que encapsula la unidad de celda solar; la encapsulación comprende una lámina superior (9a) y una lámina inferior (9b); el primero y segundo conductores (7, 8) están dispuestos entre la encapsulación (9) y la unidad de celda solar (2) en el lado inferior (2b) de la unidad de celda solar (2); el segundo conductor (8) está dispuesto entre la segunda capa conductiva (6) y la lámina inferior (9b) de la encapsulación (9), y el primer conductor (7) es dispuesto entre el sustrato poroso (5) y la lámina inferior (9b); el primer conductor (7) está aislado eléctricamente de la segunda capa conductiva (6); una parte (14) del sustrato poroso (5) comprende material conductivo (12) dispuesto entre el primer conductor (7) y la primera capa conductiva (4) para proporcionar contacto eléctrico entre el primer conductor y la primera capa conductiva.
