También se proporcionan ensayos para detectar la presencia del evento de maíz DP-202216-6 basándose en la secuencia de ADN del constructo recombinante insertado en el genoma de maíz y las secuencias de ADN que flanquean al sitio de inserción. Se proporcionan kits y condiciones útiles en la realización de los ensayos.
