Abstract

Un acero estampado en caliente de acuerdo con la presente invención comprende componentes químicos específicos, en donde se cumple con la relación representada por la fórmula: (5 x [Si] + [Mn])/[C]> 10 en la cual [C], [Si] y [Mo] representan respectivamente los contenidos, en % en masa de C, Si y Mn, una ferrita y una martensita están contendías respectivamente en una relación de área de 40 a 95% inclusive y de 5 a 60% inclusive, la suma total de la relación de área de la ferrita y la relación del área de la martensita es de 60% o más, por lo menos uno de una perlita a una relación de área de 10% o menos, una austenita retenida a una relación en volumen de 5% o menos y una bainita a una relación de área de menos de 40% puede estar contenido, la dureza de la martensita como se mide en un nanoindentador cumple con una relación representada por la fórmula H2/H1<1.10 y una relación representada por la fórmula: sHM<20, y un valor de TSx?, que es un producto de una resistencia a la tensión (TS) y una relación de expansión de orificio (?), cumple con 50000 MPa % o más.
