Abstract
Un aparato 100 para alimentar y dosificar polvo 112 incluye un recipiente de almacenamiento de polvo 110 para almacenar y proporcionar polvo 112, un alimentador oscilante 120 con medio de alimentación 122 con tasa de alimentación ajustable para dispensar el polvo 112 a una salida de polvo 124 con la tasa de alimentación ajustable, un acomodo de conducto 130 para alimentar el polvo 112 dispensado desde el alimentador oscilante 120 en un gas de alimentación 115 como una mezcla de polvo-gas 116 y para suministrar la mezcla de polvo-gas 116 a un medio de procesamiento de polvo 200, en donde se proporciona un medio de desacoplamiento 132 en el acomodo de conducto 130 para extraer una proporción definida PM2 del polvo 112 de la mezcla de polvo-gas 116, un acomodo de medición de cantidad de polvo 140 para detectar la cantidad de polvo desacoplada PM2 por unidad de tiempo y para proporcionar una señal de información de cantidad de polvo S1, en donde la cantidad de polvo extraída PM2 por unidad de tiempo tiene una proporción predeterminada con respecto a la cantidad de polvo alimentada PM1 del alimentador oscilante 120 dentro de un rango de tolerancia, y medio de control 150 configurado para ajustar la tasa de alimentación ajustable del alimentador oscilante 120 a un valor establecido predeterminado con base en la señal de información de cantidad de polvo S1 proporcionada por el acomodo de medición de cantidad de polvo 140.
