Abstract
Se proporcionan los métodos y sistemas para el manejo de los datos de salud del paciente. Un sistema de seguimiento de datos de paciente se proporciona para sumar los datos de paciente y crear uno o más conjuntos datos de paciente. El sistema analiza y/o clasifica el (los) conjunto(s) datos de paciente para proporcionar de manera selectiva la información a diferentes entidades. Como un ejemplo, el sistema puede generar un punto de referencia para uno o más resultados de paciente a partir de los datos de paciente totales, y el (los) punto(s) de referencia total(es) pueden compararse con los resultados de los pacientes para un población de paciente, esto es, un subconjunto de los datos de paciente totales, para ayudar a un médico y/o organización de servicios de salud a monitorear resultados de paciente, protocolos de tratamiento de desarrollo para una población de paciente, entre otros. Además, el sistema puede generar una o más notificaciones para un cuidador con base en resultados de paciente, lo cual puede permitir la intervención proactiva y el seguimiento con el paciente y, de ese modo, ayudar a mejorar el cuidado y los resultados del paciente.
