Abstract

Una película termorretráctil que incluye una película monocapa o multicapa de polímero a base de etileno y un recubrimiento sobre una superficie externa de la película de polímero a base de etileno. La película de polímero a base de etileno tiene una estructura monocapa o multicapa formada a partir de una primera capa, una segunda capa, y al menos una capa interna entre la primera y la segunda capa. El recubrimiento incluye poliuretano, que es el producto de reacción polimerizado de: un poliol; y un prepolímero con funcionalidad isocianato aromático. Además, se proporciona un método para agrupar en unidades embalajes primarios envueltos en polímero. El método incluye envolver uno o más de los embalajes primarios con la película termorretráctil con el recubrimiento dispuesto próximo al uno o más embalajes primarios y aplicar energía térmica para reducir las dimensiones de la película termorretráctil para restringir el embalaje primario dentro de la película termorretráctil. El recubrimiento sirve para prevenir la adherencia entre la película termorretráctil y el embalaje primario envuelto en polímero.
