Abstract

La invención se refiere a un poliuretano sililado obtenible haciendo reaccionar: d) al menos un poliol que tiene un peso molecular promedio en número de 1000 a 50,000 g/mol; e) al menos un poliisocianato, preferiblemente diisocianato; y f) al menos un alcoxisilano con funcionalidad hidroxilo terciario de la fórmula general (I)(VER FORMULA) en donde R1 se selecciona del grupo que consiste en hidrógeno y un residuo hidrocarburo lineal o ramificado, sustituido o no sustituido, que tiene de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono; R2 y R3 son los mismos o diferentes e, independientemente uno del otro, se seleccionan de un residuo hidrocarburo lineal o ramificado, sustituido o no sustituido que tiene de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono; R4 se selecciona de un residuo hidrocarburo lineal o ramificado, sustituido o no sustituido, que tiene de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono; R5 se selecciona de un residuo hidrocarburo lineal o ramificado, sustituido o no sustituido, que tiene 1 a 20 átomos de carbono; R6 y R7 son los mismos o diferentes e, independientemente uno del otro, se seleccionan de un residuo hidrocarburo lineal o ramificado, sustituido o no sustituido que tiene de 1 a 20 átomos de carbono; y n es 1, 2 o 3, un método para la preparación del mismo, una composición curable que comprende el poliuretano sililado obtenido de este modo, y su uso.
