Abstract

Se proporciona un método para determinar un recurso de acceso aleatorio sin restricciones, un dispositivo de red, y un dispositivo terminal; el método incluye: generar, por un dispositivo de red, información de indicación, la información de indicación que 5 indica un primer recurso en un primer portador de enlace ascendente y/o un segundo recurso en un segundo portador de enlace ascendente que se usa(n) por un dispositivo terminal para acceso aleatorio sin restricciones, y una frecuencia del primer portador de enlace ascendente que es diferente de una frecuencia del segundo portador de enlace ascendente; y enviar, por el dispositivo de red, la 10 información de indicación al dispositivo terminal; en las soluciones de modalidades de la presente invención, el dispositivo de red envía la información de indicación al dispositivo terminal, de manera que el dispositivo terminal pueda determinar el recurso de acceso aleatorio sin restricciones cuando tiene el primer portador de enlace ascendente y el segundo portador de enlace ascendente.
