Abstract
La invención se refiere a un dispositivo para impregnar haces de fibras con una masa polimérica fundida, en el que los haces de fibras introducidos paralelos entre sí en una entrada en forma de hendidura de una unidad de impregnación (4) se introducen entre dos placas de guía (16, 17) dispuestas complementariamente a una distancia definida con superficies onduladas y se descargan a través de una salida (28) de la unidad de impregnación (4), en donde los haces de fibras se empapan con la masa polimérica fundida durante el paso a través de la unidad de impregnación (4), que a continuación de la entrada en forma de hendidura se introduce en el paso (29) entre las placas de guía (16, 17). Según la invención, la unidad de impregnación (4) presenta al menos dos pasos (29) para cada número definido de haces de fibras, en donde cada uno de los pasos (29) presenta una entrada (26) para la masa polimérica fundida.
