Abstract
Un método para procesar superficies de fractura de un componente de metal dúctil procesando superficies de fractura (51a y 52a) de componentes de fractura (51 y 52) en las que el componente de metal dúctil (50) se divide fracturando el componente de metal dúctil (50) en una dirección de fractura incluye: un paso de sujeción para sujetar los componentes de la fractura en un estado en el que las superficies de fractura de los componentes de la fractura están separadas entre sí; un paso de vibración para impartir una vibración predeterminada a por lo menos uno de los componentes de fractura que se mantiene en el paso de sujeción en una dirección que se interseca con la dirección de fractura; una paso de presión para presionar las superficies de fractura de los componentes de fractura entre sí mediante una fuerza de presión específica en un estado en el que la vibración se imparte por medio de el paso de vibración; y un paso de separación para separar las superficies de fractura de los componentes de fractura entre sí después del paso de presión en el estado en el que el paso de vibración imparte la vibración.
