Abstract

La presente descripción describe un proceso, para la producción de alquilaromáticos, el cual puede llevarse a cabo usando un reactor de bucle que comprende las etapas de: introducir un compuesto aromático alquilable; introducir una olefina; introducir un catalizador; ajustar el compuesto aromático alquilable a una temperatura de reacción previa que sea menor que una temperatura de reacción deseada; opcionalmente, ajustar la olefina a una segunda temperatura de reacción previa que sea menor que la temperatura de reacción deseada; opcionalmente, ajustar el catalizador a una tercera temperatura de reacción previa que sea menor que la temperatura de reacción deseada; inicialmente poner en contacto el catalizador y la olefina en condiciones para controlar la temperatura de reacción del catalizador y la olefina; mezclar y/o hacer circular el compuesto aromático alquilable, la olefina y el catalizador; y mantener el compuesto aromático alquilable y la olefina a la temperatura de reacción deseada.
