Abstract

Se describen sondas de ácido nucleico, un método de para inmovilizar el ácido nucleico a un soporte sólido un soporte sólido que comprende sondas de ácido nucleico inmovilizadas, y un dispositivo de prueba que comprende un soporte sólido. La sonda de ácido nucleico incluye una porción de cadena de anclaje terminal, y una porción de captura en donde la porción de cadena de anclaje terminal incluye una secuencia de al menos 18 nucleótidos compuestos de tramos de hasta 5 nucleótidos de base tipo X con nucleótidos intermedio de base tipo Citocina (C) y opcionalmente un nucleótido de base tipo Guanina (G) o una secuencia con al menos 90 % de similitud al mismo, en donde cada base tipo X independientemente entre sí designan la base tipo Timina (T) o base tipo Uracilo (U).
