Abstract
Un acero magnético de laminación laminado en frío con excelentes propiedades magnéticas y un método de fabricación del mismo. El porcentaje en peso de la composición química del acero es: C=0.010 %, Mn: 0.20-0.50 %, S=0.0050 %, P=0.030 % y 0.4 %=Si, y el contenido de Si y Al satisface: 0.65 %=Si+1.2A1=1.5 %, con uno o más componentes de B, Zn, Co, Sn, Sb, Cu y Bi añadidos en una cantidad controlada de 0.020-0.10 %, el resto es Fe e impurezas inevitables. El método de fabricación comprende fundición, moldeado, calentamiento de bloques, laminado en caliente, decapado y laminado en frío, ablandamiento y recocido, y nivelación. El acero magnético de laminación laminado en frío tiene excelentes propiedades magnéticas y buena factibilidad, tiene una pérdida de hierro de P15/50=3.9 W/kg, y una inducción magnética de B50=1.68 T después del recocido magnético.
