Abstract
Un método de conversión de aire comprimido catalítico de sustancias hidrocarbonadas a aceite tiene las etapas de: proporcionar una sustancia hidrocarbonada y un aceite catalizador en una turbina de mezclado, mezclar el aceite catalizador con la sustancia hidrocarbonada para proporcionar una mezcla, en donde la etapa de mezclado comprende producir calor para una oxidación catalítica en la turbina de mezclado, proporcionar el dispositivo de destilación descendente de la turbina de mezclado, removiendo los constituyentes líquidos de la mezcla den el dispositivo de destilación, destilando los constituyentes líquidos, y colectando aceite y agua y se caracteriza en que la etapa de mezclado comprende introducir oxígeno en la turbina de mezclado. Un aparato con el cual este método puede emplearse tiene una turbina de mezclado comprendiendo un primer alimentador para un aceite catalizador y una sustancia hidrocarbonada y una salida para los constituyentes líquidos después de una oxidación catalítica. Además, dicho aparato comprende un dispositivo de destilación para destilar los constituyentes líquidos fuera de la turbina de mezclado y un dispositivo de colección para colectar aceite y agua separada fuera del dispositivo de destilación, en donde la turbina de mezclado tiene un segundo alimentador para el oxígeno.
