Abstract
La presente invención está referida a un sistema de recirculación de alta precisión y eficiencia para preservación de biomasas de múltiples densidades y biopelícula adjunta en biorreactores de tratamiento de aguas residuales, caracterizado porque consiste en un tanque de biorreactor en el que centralmente se dispone en posición vertical un ducto central de recirculación que comprende inferiormente un cono difusor próximo al fondo del bafle del biorreactor y un cono guía superior en el extremo superior, en donde dicho ducto central de recirculación está configurado para recibir en su interior un inductor/tobera hasta el límite de la pared superior del bafle del biorreactor, generando en su conjunto un ensamble central que aloja internamente en posición vertical una flecha motriz que comprende en su extremo superior por encima del inductor/tobera medios de empaque para sello hermético en la pared superior del bafle del biorreactor se acopla en un motorreductor de bajas revoluciones para hacer girar a dicha flecha motriz, la cual comprende al menos uno o una pluralidad de impulsores de tipo axial y que en su extremo inferior se acopla un mezclador/impulsor hiperbólico próximo al fondo del bafle del biorreactor.
